Cranbrook is the place to be for beer lovers this September! The 29th annual edition of Canada's oldest beer festival, the Grand Canadian Beer Festival, is coming to town and it promises to be an unforgettable experience. This festival will feature a lineup of more than 75 beers from all over Canada, including some ciders and non-alcoholic beers. You'll also get to enjoy food from local food trucks, music and entertainment, and local businesses with stalls where you can browse while sipping on a cold and delicious craft beer. The Great Canadian Beer Festival on Tour will give you the chance to try beers you won't find anywhere else in British Columbia.
With more than 25 years of drinking beer at festivals in the United States and around the world, the organizers have developed a great appreciation and understanding of craft beer and the industry that surrounds it. This festival invites visitors to embark on a new adventure, discovering the best of Canadian craft beer while enjoying the fascinating landscapes of the Kootenay Rocky Mountain area. With your ticket, you can enter the festival plus 10 drinking chips, each of which will serve for a 4-ounce sample of delicious craft beer. To celebrate the collaboration between Canadian and American breweries, the good people of the Buffalo Niagara Brewers Association are organizing the first collaborative cross-border beer festival of its kind.
The Grand Canadian Beer Festival will tour on September 23 at Balment Park in Cranbrook, British Columbia, from 12:00 to 17:00 hours. With your ticket to the Great Canadian Beer Festival on Tour, you can access the festival, which includes a diverse lineup of craft beers from British Columbia and exclusive beers from all over Canada. You will also receive your beer program and a tasting glass, and you will have the opportunity to participate in gift drinks.
